Once upon a time, Nightflower had aspirations to become a mother

Was pregnant and wandering the border with twolegplace when complications arose with her kits and she went into labor too early. Was taken by a pair of twolegs to the vet, who gave her something to knock her out. When she awoke, she realized with horror that she'd been to the Cutter and they'd taken her ability to have kits away.

The old couple who found her in the first place brought her home with them, where she ran away and found ShadowClan again. With no family and her spirit broken, she requested to train as the medicine cat so she could look after her entire Clan.
